Notes: First flown in March 2006, the L-15 is an advanced supersonic trainer (for J-10 and J-11 pilots) and light attack aircraft. It is a very capable plane, designed to compete in the world export market for nations looking to replace types such as the Hawk. The two-seat, twin-engine planes features quadruple fly-by-wire controls and digital cockpit displays. Four prototypes were completed in 2006 and the type entered production in 2007.
